Alarms are tested for proper function and set points.
Manifolds are tested for pressure settings, changeover and leaks.
Medical gas mains are leak tested.
Vacuum pumps are checked for proper pressure switch setting, alternation, run time and pumping capacity. On lubricated pumps, the oil condition and level will be checked.
Air compressor systems will be checked for proper pressure switch settings, alternation and pumping capacity.
Dewpoint and CO monitors will be inspected for setpoints and proper function.
Any discrepancies found during the inspection will be noted.
A complete report will then be sent to the facility along with a certificate for your records.
